MotorSports & RV Sale Day: Sales take place twice a month on Thursdays at 11:00 am.
Facilities: 90 acres (45 developed), 25,000-square-foot auction and administration area, eight lanes (10 for special event sales), full service dining facility,
23,600 square-foot, automated detail shop, 22,000 square-foot auto body & paint center,
8,000-square-foot mechanical repair and certification facility, on-site test track, and a 4,000-space consignment parking lot. The entire facility is fenced and secured 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Sales Volume: 1,100-1,500 vehicles at weekly sales, up to 4,000 at special event sales.
Transportation: unlimited drive-away service contracted through A.S.I., auto transport (contracted through regional transport
companies).
Capabilities: Include automated vehicle check in and check out, Internet sales, online presale catalogs, market reports and no-sale reports, customer Kiosk center, and in-house Information Systems team.

DAA's roots in the industry date back to the early 1950s, when
Bob McConkey, Sr. founded the first wholesale auto auction in
the state of Washington.

About DAA Northwest
Serving the western United States and Canada, DAA Northwest offers a full range of remarketing services including reconditioning, inspections, Internet sales, inventory financing, wholesale automotive and MotorSports auctions and transportation. DAA remarkets vehicles for wholesale consignors including dealers, manufacturers, rental car companies, banks, finance and leasing institutions. Its primary customer base draws from Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Alaska, northern California and western Canada.
DAA has deep roots in the wholesale auto auction industry. Auction president Bob McConkey came through the ranks in the business, working in various auctions as fleet/lease manager, reconditioning manager, sales manager and general manager. Under his direction, Southern California Auto Auction doubled in size in just three years, and in 1988 it became the world’s largest volume auto auction.
In 1992, Bob founded DAA Northwest with Greg Mahugh. The two industry veterans have worked together for more than 25 years. Greg serves as DAA Northwest’s senior vice president and general manager. Both Bob and Greg are auctioneers, and Bob currently serves as president of the National Auto Auction Association.
DAA’s facility was constructed in 1996 and continues to expand to serve its growing customer base.
Community Service
We are deeply involved in supporting our community and have committed to maintaining a strong focus on the city of Spokane. DAA Northwest supports a number of local non-profit organizations, with our largest annual contributions stemming from November’s Anniversary Celebration and Sale.
