To become a registered dealer at DAA Northwest, please download all of the required forms listed to the right. When you have completed all forms in their entirety, please mail or fax them to DAA Northwest.

Thank you for your interest in DAA Northwest. Please download, complete and submit the following forms if you would like to become a registered dealer.

1.)   AuctionACCESS Dealer Application
2.)   AuctionACCESS Dealer Authorization or Removal of an Individual
3.)   AuctionACCESS Individual Authorization
       (required for each person you are authorizing)
4.)   AuctionACCESS Dealer Licensing Information
5.)   AuctionACCESS Bank Authorization Letter
6.)   AuctionACCESS Bank Reference Letter
7.)   DAA Northwest Payment Terms
8.)   DAA Northwest Resale Certificate
       (required for all out-of-state dealers; Washington State dealers, please provide         resale permit)
9.)   DAA Northwest Addendum to Dealer Agreement
10.) DAA Northwest Auction Guarantee(A)
11.) W-9: Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification

To satisfy all applicable legal, regulatory and auction policies, please include copies of the following documents when you return your paperwork to us:

1.) Current Dealer License
2.) Sales Tax Certificate
3.) Dealer Bond
4.) Driver's License
        (required for each authorized individual)

Check-in at the dealer registration counter when you first visit the auction. We’ll take your picture and issue you a permanent ID card. Let us know if you are already registered with AuctionACCESS so we can expedite your DAA registration.
